AN IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR GUESTS

Marske Country Estate Ltd (MCE) is no longer managing day-to-day operations at the estate as of the 10th October 2026.

We are aware of cancellation notices and messages referring to a change of management. We have not sent or authorised these recent cancellation and management-change messages. Any messages sent since October 2026 have not been sent by us.

We suspect unauthorised access to, or changes affecting, our Booking.com and Airbnb hosting accounts. These concerns have been raised with the platforms for urgent investigation and the police have been informed. The cause and responsibility have not yet been confirmed, however, evidence has been submitted to the police and NCA.

We are very sorry for the uncertainty and disruption. If your booking is affected, please contact your booking platform through its official app or website to confirm its status and refund arrangements. Independently verify any request for payment or sensitive information.

Please do not share booking references or personal details in public comments.
