📍In summer 2027, this ship sets out on one of the most legendary routes in the world - sailing from Greenland to Alaska through the Northwest Passage.

A 45-day journey through ice-laden channels, remote fjords and vast Arctic wilderness. It's said that more people have summited Mount Everest than sailed the Northwest Passage.

For most of the year, these waters are locked in ice. It’s only for a brief window, when the ice begins to loosen its grip, that passage becomes possible. And even then, conditions are unexpected.

That’s what makes this a true expedition.

With only six guest crew on board, life lived at sea becomes hands-on and immersive. Standing watch, sailing the boat, adapting to icy conditions and becoming familiar to the ever-changing rhythm - will you be one of them?

There’s a certain kind of travel where time begins to stretch…

Where landscapes unfold slowly - mile by mile, moment by moment.

Overland journeys sit in this space. Like sailing, they’re rooted in slow travel… but rarely feel slow. Days are full - early starts, spontaneous detours, hikes to hidden corners, wildlife encounters, roadside stops and nights spent in remote places under star filled skies.

It's the kind of travel that is one big reset.

More and more people are drawn to overland adventures for this reason. And they’re rarely solo, there’s a shared rhythm, a connection the places you travel to, and the people you experience it with.

If you’ve been craving a different pace, start here 📍 Explore our latest Adventure 365 blog for overland journeys across continents ⬇

Venturing to 80° North, deep into the Arctic - this is an opportunity to join a true expedition, circumnavigating the isolated and rugged Coast of Spitsbergen, the largest island of the Svalbard archipelago.

Expedition time will be focused on the most remote and difficult-to-access locations in Svalbard, focusing on the east of the archipelago, filled with remote fjords and ice front. A true arctic paradise awaits. The crew seek to navigate the remotest waters of the Hinlopen Strait, itself teeming with wildlife and with wonder.

Traveling aboard a traditionally rigged sailing vessel which is every bit as enchanting as the landscapes you pass through.

Ocean crossings are always special - but this is not a route you see often.

In August 2026, this ship departs Canada for a rare Atlantic crossing, sailing all the way to Spain over three unforgettable weeks at sea.

Setting off from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, you head straight into the open Atlantic. Days will slip into a steady rhythm as you follow a northerly great-circle track navigated by the wind and waves.

And finally, after weeks offshore, the rugged coastline of northern Spain appears on the horizon. Guided by the ancient Tower of Hercules, you’ll make landfall in A Coruña.

But it’s not just about the final destination.

On this voyage, you’re not just a passenger, you’re part of the family of crew. Standing watch, steering, navigating, trimming sails and getting hands-on as you fall into the pace of life on the ocean.

📍 And you could be part of the crew…

Over 1500 nautical miles lie between Cape Town and the remote tropical island of St Helena, sitting quietly in the middle of the Atlantic ocean.

Reaching a place like this under sail is a true adventure, following the curve of the African coastline before heading out to sea.

Led by a skipper with more than 500,000 professional sailing miles, this voyage is the opportunity to learn from someone who has spent a lifetime navigating the world’s oceans, whatever your level of sailing experience.

Along the way, you’ll learn what it really takes to plan and sail a major ocean crossing. It’s a hands-on voyage with plenty of time to ask questions, build confidence, and get stuck into life onboard.

In less than 2 months time... this historic ship will set off across one of the South Pacific’s most unique routes… here’s how you can join them ⬇

There’s something magical about sailing between islands with such deep seafaring history. This voyage links the Galápagos and Rapa Nui - two extraordinary places whose stories are closely tied to the ocean and those who have crossed it. Following the wind across the Pacific, the route traces the paths of ancient Polynesian explorers.

Between them lies nothing but open water. No ports, no stopovers, just endless horizons and the shared rhythm of a crew sailing toward a distant landfall. Weeks at sea bring a unique sense of camaraderie, as you work alongside the crew and take part in sailing to one of the most remote inhabited islands on Earth.

Run by a family of experienced ocean mariners. Life on board is immersive and hands-on—learn celestial navigation, take a turn at the helm, stand watch under brilliant stars, and settle into the timeless rhythm of the sea.

📍Some of the most memorable bird encounters happen naturally, by chance... on quiet mountain tracks, along remote coastlines, in forests, on winding rivers, or during long stretches where the only plan is to move slowly and take it all in.

We’re not expert birders (though some of our community are), but it’s in those unexpected moments, a seabird gliding alongside the boat or a flash of colour in the canopy, that wildlife truly leaves an impression.

Birds might not be the headline act on these journeys, but they quietly shape the experience, adding context, rhythm, and a deeper sense of where you are.

Looking for your own wildlife rich adventure? We've shared a few of our favourite journeys that offer the chance to slow down and reconnect to the magic of the world around us. Find the full list here:
