Our NEW Colorado & New Mexico Uncovered itinerary starts in Denver, where you'll spend a few days exploring the city before heading out towards the Rockies. The drive south brings you to Colorado Springs and the striking rock formations at Garden of the Gods, before continuing towards Alamosa and the vast Great Sand Dunes, the tallest in North America. From there, the route crosses into New Mexico where the pace changes, think adobe towns, art galleries in Santa Fe, and reminders of Route 66 along the way.
