I always get asked by my guests what they should pack for their 2026 trip to the capital, and this is the absolute proof of why the only real answer is “everything!” We can easily experience four proper seasons in the space of a single afternoon shift.

The trouble with wandering the streets on foot or sitting on the top deck of an open-air tourist bus is that you are completely at the mercy of the elements. One minute you are looking for shade, and the next you are in a proper muddle trying to find an umbrella.
