‼️ We have been today made aware that one of our trade partners Balkan Holidays Ltd has closed for business in the UK. All upcoming bookings have been cancelled. ‼️

Balkan Holidays operate a hugely popular route for us with their flights from Humberside Airport to Bourgas, so we have numerous bookings affected by this shock news.

We will be in touch with all affected customers to discuss options and process refunds and rebooking ASAP.

Rest assured that we are working as fast as possible, and will be in touch in departure date order.

🫣 We’ve been quiet on social media but so so busy in the shop recently 😅

🛫 These guys came to us with an issue with some flights then had booked themselves to Saint Maarten! 🏝️

🤝 We were able to advise them on some changes, get seats reserved for them at no extra cost, and even filled out their API’s to save them a job. 👌
