Booking a holiday is an exciting time!

What a fantastic review!
Travel Agents have emergency numbers. Whilst this customer was stuck on the transfer bus, due to a landslide, I was on the phone to Tui and the airport.
No worries about time or lack of phone battery.
I arranged for the the TUI rep to meet the customer as they were not going to make check in but might make the flight.

Thank you Theresa for arranging a truely amazing holiday. Fab hotel and a great location for our first experience of a package holiday, after years of doing everything ourselves.
Theresa’s experience and expertise was essential when a landslide interrupted our transition to Naples airport. A call to Theresa whilst stuck on transport resulted in her quickly getting in touch with TUI and reporting the incident to the airport. A TUI rep then contacted us to give assurance that we would be met at the airport, rushed through check-in and the plane would wait for us!
Within 10 minutes of our much delayed arrival at the airport and an hour later than our scheduled boarding time, we were safely sitting on the plane waiting for take off!
It could have ended so differently without Theresa’s quick action and intervention. Truly a first class service.
