We need to be honest with youā¦ ā¤ļø
Tonight, we had no customers.
Let that sink in for a second ā not one person walked through the door.
It hurts to say that, but itās the reality small, family-run restaurants like ours face right now. And weāre sharing it because we need your support more than ever.
We know itās November. We know money is tight, Christmas is coming, and everyone is feeling the pinch. Weāve worked so hard to keep our prices fair, to offer deals, to give valueā¦ because we genuinely care about our community.
This isnāt a sympathy post.
This is honesty.
This is us saying: we need you.
Running costs, ingredients, wages, tax ā everything has gone up beyond belief. Small businesses everywhere are struggling, and weāre no exception. Thereās only so much we can carry on our own.
Have we always got everything right? No.
Weāre human, and weāll always hold our hands up to that.
But what we are doing is fighting back ā and doing it properly.
Our new kitchen team, passionately led by Brad, has transformed the food over the past month. The quality, the standards, the careā¦ itās better than ever.
