Itโ€™s been quite a night/morning behind the scenes for us.

Air traffic control issues have caused widespread disruption, with cancelled flights, lengthy delays and plenty of last-minute changes for travellers.

For some of our customers, carefully made plans suddenly looked very different.

So, while they could focus on where they needed to be, we got to work.

Weโ€™ve spent the evening working through every affected booking, looking at the options, making changes and doing everything we can to get our customers sorted.

And, thankfully, everyone affected is taken care of for now. โค๏ธ

We are aware of the mass disruption across the UK and Europe following an Air Traffic Control System fault.

We are managing multiple flight cancellations affecting services operating both into and out of the UK currently.

We are actively working through the impact and are contacting all customers who are currently affected. Customers whose flights have been impacted have already been contacted and resolutions are being made. Customers whose holidays have been cancelled, are being rebooked on the next available package.

Meet Dolly & Jolene! โค๏ธ

Today was our latest L&K Doggy Day Out with the wonderful team at RSPCA Cornwall Branch โ€” and this time, Dolly & Jolene joined us for the adventure!
We headed to the park, where they got to do lots of sniffing, stop for a doggy treat and enjoy plenty of fuss.
And what an amazing pair they were! ๐Ÿฅน

They were both wonderful, they loved lots of fuss, letting off steam and feeling the sun on their backs. Oh boy do they like to give you kisses too! They have a great temperament, were super gentle with our boys and were a pleasure to have. Dolly does like to yap a 'hello' to other dogs.

Days like today aren't just about having a lovely adventure.
They're a chance to get these amazing dogs out and about, give them some new experiences and, most importantly, show you the dog behind the kennel door. โค๏ธ
