~ From Plymouth Direction on the A38. Come off the A38 onto A383 Ashburton Road towards newton abbot then follow signs or Sat Nav to Teigngrace TQ126QT.

~ From Exeter Direction take the A380. Come off the A380 onto the B3195 towards Kingsteignton then follow signs or Sat Nav to Teigngrace TQ126QT.
