🇪🇸🤍I was lucky enough to visit this beautiful villa in Binibeca in April, and it was definitely one of my favourites in Menorca. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants nearby and the crystal-clear waters that make this area so special. The interiors are just stunning, with so much thought put into every detail.

I'll share in the comments a few photos of some of my favourite finishing touches, along with a funny snap of a couple of unexpected "guests"...

A sleekly modernised Binibeca Nou sanctuary featuring a main house, separate guest suites, and a rooftop solarium, all within steps of the white sand beach.

A masterclass in sleek, modern design, S’Alba Blanca is a striking architectural gem that has been completely transformed with premium, natural materials and meticulous craftsmanship. Positioned in the highly desirable Binibeca Nou area, this property is cleverly configured to offer an abundance of privacy and space, making it a standout choice for large families or multi-generational groups.

Inside the main house, a minimalist entrance hall flows into a bright, dual-aspect sitting and dining room. This open space connects to a fully equipped, high-spec kitchen with a coffee machine. On this level, three beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms open directly onto the surrounding sun-drenched terraces. For ultimate flexibility, an adjacent guest annex houses two further double suites, each with private en-suite shower rooms and independent terrace access, offering an ideal setup for couples or teenagers seeking their own space.

Outside, the grounds are anchored by a large 12m private swimming pool with built-in steps, framed by picturesque green lawns. A wide covered terrace features a long wooden dining table and a barbecue area for sunny afternoon get-togethers.
