I've been to the Yorkshire Air Museum today with my family, as it is now half term.

I will still be working though, I just might take a bit longer to reply, as I will have my boys at home with me and some days we might have plans.

I had a lovely day at the cookery class in York with St Kitts Tourism learning all things St Kitts. 👩‍🍳

I even brought home a little bottle of rum from St Kitts. 🥃

Here are a few things I learned about St Kitts:

🏝 There are no all inclusive hotels in St Kitts - which means you can sample the variety of food on offer including fresh off the boat seafood and perfect for exploring

🏝 The last remaining railway in the Caribbean is on St Kitts

🏝 It is uncrowded, yet vibrant

🏝 Expanding rainforests

🏝 They drive on the left hand side of the road just like us

🏝 There is a year round tropical climate, but the best time to go is November - April

🏝 It's nickname is The Sugar City

I'm out of the office today as I am at a travel event with St Kitts tourist board where I will be joining a cookery class, learning the techniques and flavours of authentic Kittitian cuisine.
