Today on International Women's Day we're celebrating two incredible women who will both reach 10 years with Discover Scotland Tours this year. 🥳

Both Laura and Marghrad started their journey with us as reservation agents, helping travellers plan their Scottish adventures. Over the years their hard work, knowledge and dedication saw them grow into supervisors and today they each lead key parts of our business.

Laura is now our Customer Experience Manager, making sure every guest journey runs smoothly from the very first enquiry to the final tour. From organising private tours to working with partners and suppliers across Scotland, she helps make sure every trip is one to remember.

Marghrad is now our Transport Manager, keeping our tours running smoothly. She manages vehicles, coordinates our driver-guides, plans schedules and handles last minute changes. From early mornings to busy days on the road, her attention to detail and problem solving keeps our team on track.

Since they're both a little camera shy, we're sharing a photo of some of the team today - but we couldn't let the day pass without recognising the huge role they play in our business.

We'd also like to give a big thank you to all the brilliant women across our team who make Discover Scotland Tours what it is. We're lucky to work with such a fantastic group of people.
