SCHOOL RUN T0742 🚸🚌
Hello to all the passengers using T0742.
JD Coaches have been awarded this home to school contract, I would just like to introduce myself. I'm Jonathan owner of JD Coaches. We will be starting the contract next week. Here is a little bit of information for the users of this route.

THE FIRST DAY
For the first day we will be at the first pick up point in plenty of time to help the children adjust to the new term. We will be departing the first stop at 8.20am . The times are not set in stone and may be tweaked in the first week or two.

We kindly ask all of the children are at the other bus stops at 8.20 for the first day. As we don't want to leave you behind on your first day back.
Also please can a parents or an arranged adult be there to drop off and pick up the children. If your child walks home themself, please just let me or my team know in writing.

BUS PASSES
we are using a bus pass scanner, this will be on the dash board as you enter. If you struggle using the scanner don't worry we are here to help you.
Please have the bus pass ready to scan and when you are in your seat with your seat beat on pop it back in your bag so you don't lose it.

SEAT BELTS
All our vehicles are fitted with 3 point seat belts or retracted lap belts. Safety is a key part of our business. We visually check the children are wearing them at each stop. Seat beats have to be worn until the vehicle has come to a stop and it is their bus stop to exit.

We are still waiting on some information from cumberland council but if you would like any further information please feel free to contact JD Coaches and we are happy to help

We hope everyone enjoyed their day trip to Hexham, Morpeth and Holy Island yesterday.
Our passengers enjoyed the Hexham farmers market with a lot of locally produced products.
Then we travelled to Morpeth were a lot of customers had never visited this town before and were impressed with the town and town park.
In the afternoon we travelled across the causeway to Holy Island. Some of the passengers managed to see seals 🦭 too on the way off the lsland.

What a great value, coach day trips are.
5 & a half hours to explore the 3 locations and 282 miles covered, for ONLY £22. If you have never tried a coach day trip, why not try one with us.
Ours prices for our day trips start from £22 per person and *includes entry in to attractions too

This is due to the long distance we are travelling on this trip and to work around the tides times to maximise your day out with JD Coaches.

Your pick up times will be on your conformation letter/receipt.
