After more than 20 years of creating bespoke and adventure-filled mountain holidays, we decided it was time for a refresh.

But it’s not just our logo that’s been enhanced - we also have a brand new website! 🧑‍💻💫

We may have a new look, but we’ve certainly kept our passion for the French Alps! In fact, we used our knowledge and enthusiasm for skiing to design something that we know you’ll love.

After 19 years with Peak Retreats, our wonderful Marie-Anne is retiring! 🥹🥂❄️

Having been with us since (almost) the very beginning, Marie-Anne is considered a Peak Retreats national treasure! 💙

Warm, kind and funny, we’ll all miss her in the office. We always promise we’ll move mountains to deliver bespoke and thoughtful holidays and Marie-Anne is the epitome of our ethos!

She’s made friends with many of our clients over the years and always goes the extra mile. A real credit to the reservations team, Marie-Anne has called patisseries to arrange birthday cakes, spoken with French garages to collect cars that need to be towed, and even helped a family try to locate a cuddly toy left on the Eurotunnel.

She’s truly exceptional! So, in a fitting tribute, we asked our team to tell us the key words that remind them of her. 💙👏

Did you know Becca has danced on stage at Disneyland Paris?!
 
Joining us 10 months ago as our Business Administration Apprentice, Becca brings a huge dose of fun to the office.

She meticulously checks and sends clients’ travel documents, books ski hire, handles brochure requests and happily jumps into extra projects whenever needed.
 
She also treats us to endless Harry Styles trivia (she’s a proud superfan).

Meet Jack, our Client Services and Products Assistant and all‑round French Alps savant! 🗻🧐

For the past three years, Jack’s been behind the scenes keeping your holidays running smoothly. ⛷️

He liaises with our France‑based suppliers to help perfect every tailored stay, and during the even busier winter season he’s a calm and organised support to our reservations team.
