This is a really good last minute bargain if you are looking for something really cost effective for the summer holiday. This is the price for the whole family - not per person - thats £150 per day for a family of 4 !!

I have just had to renew my passport but now I have a dilemma that "what happens if I win the lottery tonight - I won't be able to just jet off somewhere" It's not happened in 30 odd years so I guess I'm safe for a couple of weeks 😂

If you like food, wine and an interesting place to stay, then this could be for you. Some of the rooms are giant wine casks. I visited this fabulous hotel today for lunch. It's outside of Porto on the Douro River set in its own vineyard. It ticks all the boxes for me.
