Yesterday was my first day back in the office after a week off (well I had my laptop with me so not totally!) I started at 0600 to start my to do list. The plan was to finish off quotes, start new ones and make some bookings and then NATS happened.

THIS IS WHY MY CLIENTS BOOK WITH ME.
BA flight cancelled to Osaka. Clients cancelled to Paphos. It took me until midnight to sort out rebooking, notifying hotels, car hire and transfer companies so they didn’t cancel my clients’ bookings.

This morning started at 0600 monitoring 10 flights departing today and tweaking the Japan itinerary!

I had the best day on Friday! As always early start at my desk 7am creating new memories. Booked 2 cabins with swanhelleniccruises to Antarctica for 2028 and then norwegiancruiseline Norwegian Cruise Line for Japan & Blossom in 2028 too! Best ever August and then Best Ever Jerk Chicken with my son after I left my desk at our favourite restaurant who it just so happens were celebrating Jamaica Independence Day. Thank you nattysjerk Natty’s Jerk our favourite in Portsmouth.
