What a fantastic day of learning and inspiration! ☀️🌴

Today I was invited to attend supplier training with Sandals, where I had the chance to learn even more about their amazing resorts, the unique experiences they offer, and some exciting updates that are on the horizon.

We also enjoyed a brilliant presentation from the Barbados Tourist Board, who shared everything that makes Barbados such a special destination – from its beautiful beaches and rich culture to the incredible food, activities, and warm Bajan hospitality. 🇧🇧

As a travel professional, I love opportunities like this. The extra training and insider knowledge help me stay up to date with what’s new, what’s coming soon, and how I can best match my clients with the perfect holiday.

Another dream honeymoon booked ❤️✈️🌴

This lovely couple contacted me recently to help plan their honeymoon to Mauritius, and they already had a few hotels in mind that they’d found themselves. After chatting through exactly what they wanted from the trip, I quoted all of their chosen options… but I also threw in one extra “wild card” recommendation that I felt ticked every single box for them 👀

Well… they ended up choosing the wild card! 🙌

The resort had everything they were looking for — stunning beaches, luxury surroundings, amazing food, and that perfect romantic feel — but it also included some incredible honeymoon extras that made the whole package even more special 💕🥂

This is honestly one of my favourite parts of being a travel consultant… sometimes it’s those extra recommendations and little bits of expert knowledge that help create the perfect trip clients may never have found on their own.

Everything was sorted quickly, smoothly, and completely stress-free — exactly how honeymoon planning should be 💕☀️

Now they’re back from an incredible honeymoon in beautiful Mauritius with memories to last a lifetime, and receiving such lovely feedback honestly makes what I do so worthwhile 🌴🥂

Thursday – Time to Head Home ✈️🧳

And just like that, our Vegas adventure had come to an end ✈️🧳✨

Our final day was much slower paced as we picked up a few last-minute souvenirs, packed our suitcases and got ready to head to the airport for the journey home.

As always with Vegas, the week seemed to fly by so quickly. From shopping and shows to helicopter tours, casinos, Fremont Street and ice hockey, it had been such an amazing trip packed with memories from start to finish.

Vegas really is one of those places that offers something different every single time you visit, which is probably why we keep going back! 🌴✨

Wednesday – Helicopters & Hockey 🚁🏜️🏒

Wednesday was definitely one of the most unforgettable days of the whole trip 🚁✨

We had an early start for our helicopter tour over the Hoover Dam, the desert and the Grand Canyon 🏜️ Seeing everything from the air was absolutely breath taking and something we’ll remember forever.

Flying over the vast desert landscapes before reaching the Grand Canyon was such an incredible experience. Photos really don’t do it justice — the scale and scenery were unbelievable. It was one of those bucket-list moments that felt surreal from start to finish.

As if the day couldn’t get any better, in the evening we headed to the ice hockey 🏒 to watch the Vegas Golden Knights take on the Anaheim Ducks

The atmosphere inside the arena was incredible and even if you’re not a huge sports fan, the entertainment and energy make it such a brilliant experience. Of course we were cheering on the Ducks all evening 🦆💚

An absolutely amazing day from beginning to end.

Tuesday – Outlet Shopping & Fremont Street 🌮🌆🛍️

Tuesday brought even more Vegas exploring! 🛍️✨

This time we headed to the South Premium Outlets for another shopping trip. Vegas really is dangerous if you enjoy shopping… there are just too many bargains everywhere you look! 😆

After a more relaxed afternoon, we spent the evening down at Fremont Street for the final day of the Cinco de Mayo celebrations 🎉🌮🌆

The atmosphere there was incredible — live music, street performers, neon lights and thousands of people all enjoying the celebrations together. Fremont Street has such a different vibe compared to the Strip and it’s one of those places you have to experience at least once when visiting Vegas.

It turned into one of those evenings where you simply take it all in and enjoy the energy around you. Definitely one of the highlights of the trip ✨

Monday – Shopping, Cheesecake & MJ Live 🛍️🍰🎶🎲

Monday was all about making the most of everything Vegas had to offer! 🛍️✨

We started the day with a trip to the North Premium Outlets, where we spent hours hunting for bargains and picking up a few treats along the way. If you love shopping, this place is definitely worth a visit when in Vegas!

After all that shopping, we stopped for lunch at The Cheesecake Factory 🍰 which never disappoints. Huge portions, amazing food and of course cheesecake that was impossible to resist!

In the evening, we headed out to watch the MJ Live tribute show 🎶🕺 which was absolutely brilliant. The music, dancing and atmosphere were fantastic and it really felt like a proper Vegas night out.

To round the evening off, we went back into the casinos where we finally learned how to play Craps 🎲 Safe to say there was lots of laughing while trying to work out the rules! 😆

Another busy but brilliant day in Vegas.

Sunday – Arrival Day 🌴🍓🎰

After months of counting down, we finally arrived in Las Vegas! ✈️🌴✨

There’s always something special about that first drive onto the Strip — the lights, the atmosphere and that unmistakable Vegas excitement kicking in straight away. After checking into the hotel and freshening up, there was only one thing to do… grab our first Strawberry Daiquiri of the trip 🍓🍹

With drinks in hand, we headed straight into the casinos to soak up the atmosphere and officially start the holiday. The sounds of the slot machines, the busy casino floors and the energy of Vegas instantly reminded us why we love coming back here. 🎰✨

It was the perfect first evening — relaxed, exciting and the ideal start to what turned out to be an incredible week in Vegas.

What a week we had in Las Vegas! ✈️🌴✨

From the moment we arrived, Vegas did not disappoint… starting with our first Strawberry Daiquiri 🍓🍹 and our first casino visit of the trip 🎰

Over the week we explored both the North & South Premium Outlets 🛍️, enjoyed lunch at The Cheesecake Factory 🍰, watched the brilliant MJ Live tribute show 🎶 and even learned how to play Craps in the casinos 🎲😆

We also experienced the electric atmosphere of Fremont Street during the final day of the Cinco de Mayo celebrations 🎉🌮🌆

One of the biggest highlights had to be our incredible helicopter tour over the Hoover Dam, desert and Grand Canyon 🚁🏜️ — absolutely unforgettable views!

To top it all off, we watched the Vegas Golden Knights take on the Anaheim Ducks 🏒 (and of course we were supporting the Ducks 🦆💚).

Vegas really had something for everyone — shopping, shows, food, sports, sightseeing and plenty of unforgettable memories ✨
