Firstly, we're fully ATOL and ABTA protected which means that should something go wrong, your holiday financially secured and your money is safe but at Polka Dot Travel, we go a step beyond this to ensure you're covered. When you book a holiday with us, all of your money goes into something called a Trust Account. We deposit your money into the Trust Account which acts as a bank account designated to hold your money. Your money then remains in the Trust Account and is supervised by an appointed trustee until the time arrives for your balance to be paid.
