The old forge has some new child friendly equipment to make life that little bit easier for mums & dads when travelling. The new play tent really has been a hit with the little ones!

Something a bit different for the weekend - the Old Forge & The Roost are surrounded by superb foraging habitat. This weekend our guests made wild garlic & nettle soup with ingredients foraged from within a 2 mile radius of the property.
