Our Story
Welcome to Hays Travel Ryde! My name is Alexis and I am the Branch Manager. I have worked in the travel industry for 22 years and could not imagine myself doing anything else. Throughout my career I have been lucky enough to live in and explore so much of the world. I specialise in Greece and family holidays, but also share a huge passion for Disney!
Let me introduce you to my team - Sarah is my Assistant Manager. She has an extensive career in travel and is the Thailand and Mauritius expert in branch. My Senior Consultant is Chris he has also worked within travel for many years and his expert knowledge lies with the Maldives and Caribbean. Lauren is my full time Travel Consultant - she recently completed her 2 year apprentice programme and loves talking about cruises. Carly is my part-time Consultant who has worked with us for 15 years, she has a wealth of worldwide knowledge to share. Ethan has been with us a year and his passion for travel and customer service is fantastic and he is looking forward to booking all your holiday requirements. Angel is my newest recruit and has joined our exciting apprenticeship programme where she is learning all there is to know about travel. Saphron is our Foreign Exchange consultant she has worked for Hays for 5 years and will make sure you always have the best rates. Saphron is always willing to help answer any travel questions or queries.
