I really can’t put into words just how amazing our weekend at The North Euston Hotel has been! ❤️

A massive thank you to all of our fabulous dancers for bringing your energy, laughter and fun to the party. You certainly kept that dance floor busy — although we suspect there may be a few sore feet today! 😁💃🕺

Our wonderful hosts, Alan Birchall and Jacqui Jax gave it their absolute all for their last KingsHill weekend and we wish you all the very best ❤️ Thank you both for the memories, the music and, of course, the dances! There were far too many to mention, but we certainly managed to dance our way through a fair few of them over the weekend. What a way to finish! 🥰

A huge thank you to Amy Morgan, who kept the dance floor full with two fantastic sets, keeping everyone up dancing and bringing her usual warmth, energy and bubbliness to the weekend. ☺️

It’s been a truly special weekend and one we won’t forget.

What a lovely, intimate workshop we had this morning with the fabulous Sandra Speck, while everyone else was off enjoying the beautiful surroundings here in Malvern. 💃✨
This was the first line dance holiday here at The Abbey Hotel for Kingshill, and what a treat it has been! Sandra kept the floor full with a fantastic mix of requests, and Lainey West, with her beautiful voice, kept us entertained on Saturday night. 🎶❤️
The Abbey Hotel really is such a beautiful place, from the lovely, welcoming staff to the glorious dance floor — it has been a joy from start to finish.
If you’ve been thinking about joining us for our weekend in September, I honestly wouldn’t hesitate. We’d love to have you with us! 💃🥂✨

💙💙 WELL… WHAT A WEEKEND! 💙💙

THANK YOU to all you lovely dancers who joined us at The Midland Hotel in Bradford this weekend to support the Line Dance Foundation (LDF) and what a fabulous bunch you were! 👏💃🕺

We were lucky enough to have TWO LDF Ambassadors AND an LDF Trustee in the room! 🙌
⭐ Newly appointed LDF Ambassador and DJ extraordinaire Dave Baycroft⭐ LDF Trustee and human Duracell bunny Maggie Gallagher 😂�⭐ And one of the early LDF Ambassadors, your KingsHill rep Cathy Hodgson

Talking of wonderful… £200 RAISED IN THE RAFFLE! 🎉🎉🎉 now that deserves a few extra spins, shuffles and maybe even a badly executed kick or two! 😂👏

Then Saturday night happened… and OH MY! 💙💙💙 The dance floor became a SEA OF 50 SHADES OF… BLUE! 💙💙💙 Honestly, there was enough blue going on to make the ocean jealous! 🌊😂 including the tutu ladies Yorkshire Tart and Yorkshire Lass 😁 hopefully Yorkshire Pudding and Yorkshire Rose will join us next time ☺️

A huge shout-out to Mamma P Pauline Baycroft too, for all the hard work you do behind the scenes while Dave is DJing. We know it doesn’t just magically happen! 😉💙

And then we have Maggie… Honestly, where does she get her energy from?! 🤔 She’s like a Duracell bunny — she just keeps going, and going, and going… and GOING! 😂😂 Someone needs to hide her batteries! 🔋🤣
And Dave isn’t much better… DON’T tell him when it’s time to stop DJing, because he’ll happily carry on until breakfast! 🎧😂

Maggie treated us to a brilliant selection of Beginner, Improver and Intermediate dances during her workshops, so there was something for everyone. 💃🕺and one of my personal highlights had to be dancing MONY MONY with Maggie! Especially because Maggie originally taught it at a “Chance to Dance” event in Harrogate way back in the early 2000s…😳😳😳
Yep… the early 2000s! Some of us clearly haven’t aged a day… although our knees might have a different opinion! 😂😂

A massive thank you to EVERYONE who came along, danced, laughed, donated, bought raffle tickets, wore blue, supported the LDF and generally helped make the weekend such a brilliant one.
