Hi, I am Michelle, an independent personal travel advisor. Over the past 32 years I have been fortunate enough to travel to some amazing places all round the world, which has enabled me to pass on my first hand experience and knowledge of many destinations. I love nothing more than spending time finding customers their perfect holidays and I aim to provide a personal and bespoke service by matching individual travel requirements to the right travel products. Everything from family holidays, couples only, cruises, independent travelling, city breaks, luxury travel, staycations and much more. After studying travel & tourism at college I pursued my dream and joined the travel industry, where I stayed for 21 years working mainly in the conference and incentive and business travel sector. After taking a break to raise our 3 lovely children I am so excited to be back in the industry I love and on this new exciting journey with an amazing team at Designer Travel. My children have also travelled extensively since they were 3 months old, and already have been to some pretty amazing destinations from hotels and villas in Spain, Cyprus, Portugal and Greece, to all inclusive in Maldives, Mauritius and extensively around the Caribbean. I also have a wealth of personal experience of travelling with children with autism, ADHD and additional needs. Some of my personal travel highlights so far include:-

So many amazing and beautiful places so far, and yet I still have an evergrowing bucketlist of destinations! What an amazing two days at Designer Fest & Cruise Fest 2026! 💜💚 A fantastic opportunity to meet with over 70 of our amazing suppliers, covering everything from short haul and long haul, touring and adventure, specialist destination operators and luxury, to ocean, river and expedition cruises, small boat sailings… and everything else in between! 🚢🌍✈️

So many exciting updates, what’s hot right now, plenty of insider info 😉 and, of course, lots of new sales and offers to share with my lovely clients! 🥰

But for me, it’s just as much about catching up with the best DT family, spending time with the most amazing people, sharing ideas, having plenty of laughs and reminding myself just how lucky I am to work alongside such a fantastic team and the very best people in the industry. 💜💚

✨ What a couple of days! ✨

I’ve just returned from two fabulous days in Southampton for the CLIA Luxury Cruise Summit — and what a brilliant opportunity to immerse myself in the world of luxury cruising. 🛳️🥂

I had the pleasure of stepping onboard the beautiful Oceania Marina, getting a closer look at this stunning ship and everything she has to offer. We also heard all about the latest developments, exciting updates and future trends in the world of luxury cruising — lots of inspiration and new knowledge to bring back to you all

Luxury cruising really is evolving, with so many incredible options for those looking for something a little more special, and I’m excited to be able to share even more of these experiences with you.

And of course, one of the best parts of events like this is catching up with some of my fabulous Designer Travel colleagues — it was lovely spending time with Jess, Claire & Roberta ❤️

Two busy but brilliant days, lots of learning, plenty of cruise chat and some lovely memories made along the way!
