Another one booked for a repeat client ✈️🇹🇭

It’s always nice when clients come back to us for their next holiday.

They’d found what looked like a really good price online for Thailand, but when they actually went to book, they discovered the booking site didn’t have the hotel and room they were advertising available.

After lots of calls, being passed around and plenty of waiting around, they gave me a call.

A few minutes later, we had the correct hotel, the correct room and a genuine bookable price sorted. 🙌

And interestingly, the price difference wasn’t huge.

It’s a good reminder that sometimes the cheapest price you see online isn’t necessarily the price you can actually book.

For us, it’s about making sure the holiday you’re looking at is actually available and exactly what you think you’re paying for.

So this time they’re heading to Katathani Phuket Beach Resort for 10 days over the March half term. 🌴🇹🇭

JUST BOOKED 🌴☀️

This one started with a holiday the client had spotted on TUI and wanted to know if it was actually a good deal.

So rather than just clicking book, they sent it over to us.

We checked it out, looked at the options and made sure the holiday was right for what they were looking for. After doing that, they decided to book Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort with us.

And this is one of the reasons we love what we do.

Yes, we can find you a holiday. But it's everything around the booking that makes the difference.
