The most heartbreaking week of our lives.

Our beautiful girl - Lily Esme Thomas was born sleeping at just 26 weeks and I have never known pain like this.

Named Lily by her big sister who was so excited to welcome her into our family, as we all were. But, unfortunately our girl was just too precious for this world.

Lily - We will talk about you always, carry you in our hearts and love you forever 🪽💕

I will be quiet on here for a while whilst we try to come to terms with what has happened - but anyone departing soon please message me on Whatsapp/messenger if you have any questions! 🌍❤️
