✈️ WHEN TRAVEL DOESN’T GO TO PLAN… ✈️

Well… today has certainly been one of those days. 🥹

I woke up at 6.30am to messages from customers whose flights had been cancelled following the NATS disruption.

Imagine the morning of your long-awaited holiday to find out your flight isn't going anywhere… and not knowing what you're supposed to do next. 💔

Understandably, they were worried, frustrated and full of questions. So, I've been doing what I do best…

📱 Reassuring my customers
✈️ Helping with alternative travel arrangements
🏨 Looking at accommodation when plans have changed
🚗 Sorting out transfers
❤️ And, most importantly, making sure they know what is happening and that they are safe and on their way to their holiday.

Because my job doesn't end when I make your booking.

Yes, I absolutely LOVE helping you choose where in the world you're going, finding the perfect holiday and getting excited about your plans with you.

But sometimes the most important part of my job happens when things don't go according to plan.

Travel disruption is stressful. You don't necessarily know who to call, what you're entitled to, what your options are or where to even start.

I may not be able to control the weather, air traffic control, flight cancellations or all the other things that can happen when travelling… But I can be there to help you navigate them. ❤️

Last time we put a post like this out, someone got in touch with us about a little place in Ironbridge…

And, well… you know what happened next. 😂❤️

So we thought we’d try our luck again!

We’ve been looking for the perfect location for our second Brick & Beyond, but we haven’t quite found “the one” yet.

This time, we’re widening the search.

📍 We’re happy to travel up to around ONE HOUR from Telford.

Do you know of a café, restaurant or commercial premises that could be perfect for us?

Maybe somewhere has recently closed. Maybe you know a landlord with an empty property. Maybe there’s somewhere in your town that you’ve walked past and thought, “Brick & Beyond would be AMAZING there.”

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY ☀️

After a rather magical weekend at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, we're staying overnight and enjoying a little bit of Bank Holiday Monday before heading home. 🪄✨

So, I won't be in the office today — but I won't be completely disappearing either! 😉

I'll be keeping an eye on my emails and messages, and I'll pick up anything urgent that needs my attention.

Today we're off to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter in Watford! ✨

It's somewhere we've been lucky enough to visit lots of times before, but today feels a little bit extra special…

Because we're celebrating 25 years of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone! 📖⚡️

And, of course, we're there for the very special Return to Hogwarts event ahead of September 1st — because what better way to spend the weekend than surrounded by a little bit of Harry Potter magic? 🥰

From the moment Harry first stepped onto Platform 9¾, this story has captured the hearts of millions of people around the world… and I'm definitely one of them! 💗

So today, there'll be wands, butterbeer, Hogwarts, Diagon Alley and probably a ridiculous amount of Harry Potter excitement! 😂🪄

I'll be sharing some of the magic along the way…
