🎟️ 𝗔 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁.

Like most people, they knew what they wanted to achieve, but weren't quite sure where to start.

📍 The first step was a site visit, where we helped identify the 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and advised on the 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲 for the space and expected audience.

📅 Once the date was secured with a 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁, we helped guide them through the rest of the process, including film suggestions based on the type of guests attending.

🎬 We also arranged the 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 and set up a 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 so guests could purchase tickets online.

🔧 On the day of the event, our team arrived on site to build the screen, set up the equipment and make sure everything was ready to go.

✨ By the time guests arrived, all the hard work had already been taken care of.

A lot of people think we just hire out screens, but in reality we're often helping clients plan the 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, from the first conversation through to the event itself.
