We have recently returned from the most amazing 4 night, self driving trip through the stunning regions of Emilia-Romagna, Le Marche & Umbria, thanks to our partners .

We had an unforgettable journey through the stunning and relatively undiscovered regions of Italy, filled with rich cultural experiences, incredible food, stunning hotels and breathtaking scenery.

Some of the highlights and experiences on our trip included Wine, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar tastings, truffle hunting with Lulu & Otto (very cute dogs!) and a visit to the Modena race track, a motor enthusiasts dream! We had the opportunity to watch Ferraris and Maserati’s practicing at amazing speeds! Did you know you can hire and drive a Ferrari on the circuit?

Our trip also took us to some of the most luxurious properties including:

We had the most amazing and memorable trip and we cannot recommend the area highly enough. This area is highly recommended for those seeking a memorable Italian experience beyond the typical tourist destinations. Joseph has just returned from his amazing trip to Buenos Aires, Iguazu & Rio, thanks to our partners at Cox & Kings.

What an amazing time he had! Visiting La Boca and Recoleta areas of Buenos Aires, including a visit to the Mausoleum of Eva Peron or 'Evita' as well as a tango show and visting some of the properites Cox & Kings offer on their tours.

After a quick flight to the Argentinian side of Iguazu he had a night at the beautiful Gran Melia Iguazu with his room overlooking the falls, where he explored one of the 7 Wonders of the World the dramatic Iguazu Falls. He then travelled over to the Brazilian side to explore the falls from a different angle!

Flying on to Rio and staying on the iconic Copacabana Beach, he visited Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf Mountain via its cable car and managed to take a look at the Beautiful Copacabana Palace, a Belmond Hotel, which is steeped in history and offering 5* luxury to all its guests. A visit to Rio Scenarium to experience Samba and a Caipirinha or 2 😉 was a great end to the trip!
