This homely caravan is located very close to the main complex and shop but is set back in a quiet cul-de-sac with decking, a patio area and parking next to the van.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and is en-suite with full length bay window and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. There is also a twin bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together if necessary.

This is a real home from home with a very well-equipped kitchen with microwave, full size Stoves cooker, air fryer, large fridge freezer and other homely extras. An upright fan is provided for the hot weather, there is also a ceiling fan in the lounge for hot days and a warm air fire for quick heating on chilly nights until the central heating warms the caravan up.

There is a large flat screen TV with Freeview channels in the spacious lounge which has a large comfy sofa plus dining table and chairs. There's also a choice of lighting in the lounge and bedrooms

The large shower cubicle has moulded seating and a power shower. A ramp (no steps) leads to the furnished veranda. There is also a wooden bench on the small rear patio.
