And just like that… all our stranded customers are home. ❤️✈️

I’m tired. My team are tired. But honestly, there is no one else I would rather have by my side at times like this than my drivers.

They have worked unbelievably hard — covering their allocated jobs, taking on all the delayed jobs and constantly adapting to make sure we could still provide the best service possible.

Flights landing at completely different UK airports… flights arriving 17 hours later than scheduled… customers stranded and plans changing constantly — but we got them home. 💪🏼

And apart from the odd moan about a driver being 7 minutes away after a 24-hour flight delay 😂… I think we can safely say we absolutely smashed it.

A massive thank you to my team. I genuinely have the best lads. They always go above and beyond, take the pressure off and just get the job done — no matter what is thrown at them.
I couldn’t be prouder of you all. ❤️

And we do it all again today 💙

✈️ MANCHESTER AIRPORT UPDATE ✈️

Following yesterday’s NATs air traffic control issues, Manchester Airport is now operating as normal this morning.

Passengers travelling today are advised to continue with their journey plans and check directly with their airline for the latest information regarding their flight.

Whilst yesterday’s disruption may still have a knock-on effect on some flights, we will be doing everything we can, as always, to be there to meet you when your plane lands. 🚐❤️

🚨 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE 🚨

Due to ongoing technical problems affecting UK air traffic control systems, major airports across the UK are currently experiencing significant disruption, with flights delayed and some airports temporarily affected.

Unfortunately, we are expecting this to have a major knock-on effect on airport transfers, with delays to flight arrivals and departures likely throughout the day.

✈️ Please be assured that we will do our absolute best, as always, to be there to meet your flight when it lands.

Our drivers will be monitoring flight information and doing everything possible to keep your journey running as smoothly as we can.

🚨 MANCHESTER AIRPORT — HERE WE GO AGAIN! 🚨

Manchester Airport have once again made life harder for private hire drivers and our customers.

They have now moved the Overheight/Minibus Car Park practically to the other side of Manchester! 😡

📍 It is now around a 5-minute walk from the terminal building..

And before anyone starts saying “the taxi companies just want cheaper parking” — NO!
This has absolutely nothing to do with us wanting cheaper parking.

It is Manchester Airport making decisions that make things more difficult for private hire drivers, while allowing them to maximise the premium parking spaces closer to the terminal — spaces where passengers are paying extortionate prices to park.

Our drivers are still doing everything we can to get you to and from the airport as smoothly as possible, but we don't make these decisions and we don't control where Manchester Airport tells us to park.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS:

If you're being collected from Manchester Airport by one of our OVERHEIGHT private hire vehicles, please check the map below carefully so you know where you need to go.

Not every customer will see this post, so please SHARE it with friends and family who regularly use Manchester Airport.

We don't want anyone getting lost, rushing around the terminal or wondering where their driver has gone.
