As we are updating our property portfolio...
I would like to work alongside local restaurants and offer their menus in the welcome pack, possibly with a small discount to entice them to use local rather than chain.
Is their any one on here willing to work alongside me? You will be mentioned very favourable in the welcome guide (I don't even want a free meal from this)

As for our new projects, I will be updating 12, yes TWELVE, new apartments within the next few days, from almost a shell (sorry no before pictures of the renovation from buying to where they stand currently), to absolute building sites, and finally to some totally finished and ready to rent let's.

Another new property to come unwind in, a deciphering small place, with lots of space. Sleeping up to three, our fantastic cleanliness, some bubbles and chocolates, good Internet, all the TV packages and right on the solway coast, just 15 miles from Carlisle, what more could you ask for? Ooh did I say in a beautiful village, a fully equipped kitchen, and some of the best views of a ANOB around, and when the Northern lights are on flare, you can just step outside and view them, due to absolutely no light pollution. There's parking for one car just outside and space for up to three, less than 10 seconds away. A little private enclosed porch for your morning coffee, freshly prepared with your own machine, while waving at the friendly locals.

A stunning little bolt hole in the centre of Carlisle, with Netflix, prime and a comfy sofa to rest up after a busy day hobnobbing the night away.
Have a stop off at The Sportsman Inn.carlisle for a quiet pint and some homemade food, and a great landlady, only just a 10 second walk away.

Fantastic review from a returning guest, and what better feedback is there, then them booking again?
This guest has been visiting our place at Earl Street since we opened, and returns at least once a year to catch up with friends, and has even changed her holiday dates to fit in with dates we have available.
