This recognition reflects the hard work, dedication and care that goes into the park every single day, and we’re incredibly proud to have maintained this standard once again.

A huge thank you goes to our fantastic team, whose efforts throughout the year help make Skiddaw View such a special place to stay. From keeping the park looking its best to ensuring our guests have a wonderful experience, this award is a testament to their commitment and passion.

✨ DOBBY LODGES ARE GETTING A MAKEOVER ✨

Our Dobby Lodges are currently in the process of having a little refresh - and we’re really excited 👀

The biggest addition? Brand new covered deck areas 😍 — So now, even if the weather decides to remind everyone this is the Lake District after all… 😅 you can still sit outside, relax with a coffee (or something stronger 🍷), enjoy the fresh air and take in the surroundings without making a dash back indoors.

We’re really pleased with how they’re looking already and we hope you’ll love the improvements just as much as we do ❤️

PIZZA NIGHT — WEDNESDAY 🍕

The ovens are back on next Wednesday and we’ve got a freshly updated menu ready for you all… 👀

A few familiar favourites remain, a few have had a glow-up, and yes… we’ve somehow ended up putting both pickles and pineapple on pizzas. We’re not entirely sure what happened either. 🍍🥒

That said… they’re both dangerously good.

From prawns and olives to smoky chorizo, roasted mushrooms, garlic chicken and a couple of slightly controversial creations, this might be our best menu yet!

Pre-orders are open now - and as always, once the slots are gone, they’re gone 🍕

🐾 NEW DOG EXERCISE AREA NOW OPEN 🐾

We’re pleased to say our brand new dog exercise area is now officially open! 🎉

Located at the bottom of the Bassenthwaite Heights area of the park, it’s a secure space where dogs can have a proper run around, stretch their legs and burn off some holiday excitement 🐶

Whether it’s a quick morning zoomie session or an evening ball throw before bed, we hope it becomes a great little addition for our four-legged visitors and owners alike 🦴
