I love adventure holidays and have skied in the Rocky Mountains in Banff, dived with Great White sharks in South Africa, climbed a frozen water fall in Quebec, snowmobiled across the arctic circle in Finnish Lapland, been surrounded by elephants in Kenya, done mahout training on beautiful elephants at an elephant rescue camp in Thailand, been on husky dog sleds in Canada, witnessed the northern lights in Iceland, cruised Alaska, Florida, The River Nile, The River Yangtze, The River Danube and the beautiful Douro River. I had the pleasure of flying on Concorde, been on the Orient Express, the Glacier Express through Switzerland, slept on ice at the original Ice Hotel in Sweden and so much more. I have settled down a little more now and enjoy nothing more than a fabulous sea view and total chill out somewhere warm. I feel blessed and can't wait to plan your dream and adventure holidays. On this fabulous holiday you'll stay in the village of Minori and spend a week exploring the delights of the Amalfi Coast.
First, you'll discover the picturesque towns of Amalfi and Ravello, which overlook the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
You will also visit the fantastic archaeologic site of Paestum with the well-preserved Greek temples. 🍋 There's an opportunity to learn how the area's famous liqueur limoncello is made, followed of course by a tasting in Sorrento.

Hotel Villa Romana is a family run hotel situated on the stunning Amalfi Coast. Located in the small town of Minori which is home to narrow streets, townhouses, bars, cafes and a sea front promenade. Just a few steps away from the beach and in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, it is great for relaxing and exploring. As is in the name, it was formerly an ancient Roman Villa, and this is evident through the classic style and comfort of the hotel. They serve delicious Mediterranean cuisine with seasonal and local produce. Hotel facilities include an outdoor swimming pool (typically open May- September), American bar, restaurant and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
