🍬 Jaggery (Panchadara) – Sweet taste, symbolizes joy & happiness
🥭 Raw Mango (Mamidikaya) – Tangy taste, symbolizes surprises & new experiences
🍋 Tamarind Pulp (Chintapandu) – Sour taste, symbolizes challenges & lessons

🥣 Quick Preparation Method
1️⃣ Soak tamarind in warm water for 10–15 minutes and extract thick pulp.
2️⃣ Dissolve jaggery in a bowl of water and mix the tamarind pulp.
3️⃣ Add finely chopped raw mango, neem flowers, chili/pepper powder, and salt.
4️⃣ Mix well and allow it to rest for 15–20 minutes so the flavors blend perfectly.
