At Villa Il Santo, ours is made for long, unhurried days, mornings spent at the local market choosing ripe tomatoes and fresh pasta, afternoons visiting nearby farms and artisan producers, evenings gathered around the table with something slow-cooked and deeply good.

Cook together with whatever the day brought home. Call in a private chef and let someone else do the work. Or take a lesson with a local cook and learn how Italians have been doing it for generations.
However you choose to eat, the kitchen is where it all comes back to.

And the kitchen itself is ready for all of it. Two ovens, an eight burner induction hob, double sink, double fridge and freezer, large wine fridge, microwave, commercial dishwasher and two coffee machines, all Smeg, all beautiful, all yours.
