Today we are very happy to share something that has been growing quietly for a long time:
Henro Hub — a visual map platform for the Shikoku pilgrimage — is now available as a web-first release.
It helps pilgrims see temples, routes, accommodation, and support places together on one interactive map.
It is already fully usable and can be installed directly from your phone browser like an app. Native App Store and Google Play versions are currently in progress.
Henro Hub was created through years of walking, collecting data, and working to understand the pilgrimage as a connected pilgrimage landscape — temples, routes, accommodation, rest places, and infrastructure all working together.
Our focus is simple:
• clear visual navigation
• structured temple information
• connected places along the route
• practical support for real walking pilgrims
Most temple information is already very detailed.
Accommodation and other places will continue to grow and improve over time.
Henro Hub is not a finished product — it is a living system that will develop together with the pilgrimage community.
