Our Story

The Visitors Service was established on 1 January 2012, following the General Assemblyโ€™s resolution A/60/248 of 23 December 2005, which requested the Secretary-General to organize a guided tour operation at the United Nations Office in Nairobi. This is one of four unique opportunities to visit the United Nations. Other tours are operated in Geneva, New York and Vienna.
