ກົມຕຳຫຼວດກວດຄົນເຂົ້າ-ອອກເມືອງ, ກົມໃຫຍ່ສັນຕິບານ, ກະຊວງປ້ອງກັນຄວາມສະງົບ ຂໍແຈ້ງໃຫ້ທ່ານຊາບວ່າ: ເລີ່ມແຕ່ວັນທີ 1 ກັນຍາ 2025 ເປັນຕົ້ນໄປ.
ກົມກວດຄົນເຂົ້າຊອອກເມືອງຈະເລີ່ມທົດລອງການປະຕິບັດການຈົດທະບຽນການເຂົ້າ-ອອກຂອງ ສປປ ລາວ ຜ່ານລະບົບອອນລາຍ,

ເຊິ່ງຈະເລີ່ມທົດລອງຢູ່ 04 ດ່ານສາກົນຄື:
- ສະໜາມບິນສາກົນວັດໄຕ, ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ
- ສະໜາມບິນສາກົນຫຼວງພະບາງ, ແຂວງຫຼວງພະບາງ
- ສະໜາມບິນສາກົນປາກເຊ ແຂວງຈຳປາສັກ
- ດ່ານສາກົນຂົວມິດຕະພາບ 1, ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ.
ຄົນຕ່າງປະເທດທີ່ນຳໃຊ້ໜັງສືຜ່ານແດນເດີນທາງເຂົ້າ-ອອກ ສປປ ລາວ ຜ່ານດ່ານສາກົນ 04 ດ່ານ ຕ້ອງໄດ້ລົງທະບຽນຜ່ານລະບົບອອນໄລນ໌. ຫຼັງຈາກສໍາເລັດການລົງທະບຽນ,
ຈະໄດ້ຮັບ QR Code (ສາມາດນຳໃຊ້ໄດ້ 03 ວັນໃນການເດີນທາງ) ເພື່ອແຈ້ງໃຫ້ເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ຕຳຫຼວດເຂົ້າ-ອອກ ດ່ານກວດກາ ແລະ ຢັ້ງຢືນການລົງທະບຽນ.
ຄົນຕ່າງປະເທດທີ່ໄດ້ລົງທະບຽນອອນໄລນ໌ບໍ່ຈໍາເປັນຕ້ອງຕື່ມຂໍ້ມູນໃສ່ຫຼືພິມແບບຟອມຄໍາຮ້ອງສະຫມັກ Arrival-Departure.
ໃນຕົ້ນປີ 2026, ການທົດລອງດັ່ງກ່າວຈະສິ້ນສຸດລົງ ແລະ ການຈັດຕັ້ງປະຕິບັດຈະເລີ່ມໃຫ້ຄົນຕ່າງປະເທດລົງທະບຽນເຂົ້າ-ອອກຜ່ານລະບົບອອນໄລນ໌ ເພື່ອທົດແທນການລົງທະບຽນເຂົ້າ-ອອກຂອງ ສປປ ລາວ ຕາມດ່ານສາກົນຕ່າງໆໃນຂອບເຂດທົ່ວປະເທດ ໂດຍຈະມີການປະກາດຢ່າງເປັນທາງການໃນພາຍຫຼັງ.
The Immigration and Checkpoints Department, General Department of Public Security, Ministry of Public Security would like to inform you that: Starting from 1 September 2025,
the Immigration and Checkpoints Department will begin a trial implementation of the registration of entry and exit into the Lao PDR via an online system,
through the website: https://www.immigration.gov.la/en/news-detail/submit-arrival-or-departure-digital-card
which will begin a trial at 04 international checkpoints, namely:
-Wattay International Airport, Vientiane Capital
-Luang Prabang International Airport, Luang Prabang Province
-Pakse International Airport, Champasak Province
-Friendship Bridge 1 International Checkpoint, Vientiane Capital.
Foreigners who use a passport to travel to and from the Lao PDR through these 04 international checkpoints must register online. After completing the registration,
they will receive a QR Code (which can be used for 03 days of travel) to notify the entry and exit police officers at the checkpoints to inspect and confirm registration.
Foreigners who have registered online do not need to fill out or print the Arrival-Departure application form.
In early 2026, the trial will end and the implementation will begin for foreigners to register for entry and exit via an online system to replace the traditional Lao PDR entry and exit registration at international checkpoints nationwide, with an official announcement to follow later.
