Namibia Airports Company Limited under the leadership of CEO Bisey /Uirab, outlined its transformation over the past six years into a profitable organization through collaborative problem-solving. The company, through its Air Connect Namibia Project, has enhanced connectivity to and from Namibia, and achieved significant revenue growth.
NAC is now poised to embark on major infrastructure upgrades, including the addition of a third terminal at Hosea Kutako International Airport and enhancements at Walvis Bay and Luderitz airports to support anticipated oil and gas activity. Furthermore, efforts are underway to capitalise on Katima Mulilo's strategic tourism potential. These developments are supported by robust tourism growth figures, which continue to outpace international passenger growth rates.
In moments of transformation, progress is found not just in innovation but in the courage to nurture a shared vision. When public and private sectors unite in purpose, guided by clear frameworks and a spirit of cooperation, the impossible slowly becomes achievable.
