* Job Description - Ticketing Officer
1. Book, Refund and Re-issue the tickets as suggested by clients
2. Make ticket booking, quote fare, and send to direct customers or Agents.
3. Prepare and forward daily sales report to the account department at every close.
4. Arrange reservations and routing for passengers at request of ticket agent.
5. Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements.
6. Prepare customer invoices and accept payment.
7. Plan route and computes.
8. Educate and enlighten customer on the new and existing products of the company
9. Maintain accurate records and update PNR files.

*Job Description - Driver
1. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the vehicle, including cleaning, fueling, and reporting any issues or needed repairs.
2. Plan and follow the most efficient routes using GPS or maps, adapting to traffic conditions and road closures as necessary.
3. Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to passenger or client needs.
4. Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and regulations to ensure safe and lawful driving practices.
5. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by adhering to safety protocols and conducting pre-trip inspections.
