イギリスのジェイ様、アメリカのビル様へ

カトマンズ市内観光では、ご一緒に素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができてとても嬉しかったです。

Chandragiri Hills（標高2,550m）を訪れ、ケーブルカーに乗り、Pashupatinath Templeの夕方のアーラティに参加し、Bhaleshwor Mahadev Templeでカプール・プージャを行い、美しい仏教ストゥーパも見学しました。

お二人とご一緒できたことに心から感謝しています。本当に楽しいひとときでした。

Bhutanへのフライトが安全で快適なものになりますようお祈りしています。いつかまたチベットツアーでお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

We had a wonderful time together during your Kathmandu city tour. We visited Chandragiri Hills (2,550 m), enjoyed the cable car ride, attended the evening Aarati at Pashupatinath Temple, performed Kapoor Puja at Bhaleshwor Mahadev Temple, and explored the beautiful Buddhist stupas.

Today, the 3-day Disaster Prevention Help Card Program workshop was successfully completed in Sindhupalchok at Indrawati.

I worked as a Japanese-to-Nepali interpreter/translator together with Amano-san, and the program was completed successfully.@ shidhupalchok @ melamchi hotel 🏨 @@ #本日、SindhupalchokのIndrawatiにおいて、3日間の防災ヘルプカードプログラム・ワークショップが無事に終了しました。

私は日本語からネパール語への通訳・翻訳を担当し、Amano-sanと協力して、プログラムを成功裏に終えることができました。皆んなさんの協力ありがとうございました。

カプール・アールティ（カルプール・ガウラム）は樟脳を燃やすことを中心とした儀式で、非常に深い精神的な意味を持っています。樟脳は燃えると灰を残さず完全に消えるため、エゴ（自我）が完全に溶け去り、純粋さだけが残ることの象徴とされています。 @@ The Kapoor Aarti (Karpur Gauram) centers on the burning of camphor, which has powerful spiritual meaning. Camphor burns completely without leaving ash, and that’s why it’s seen as a metaphor for the ego dissolving entirely—nothing remains except purity. In this sense, the ritual expresses the devotee’s wish to surrender the self and merge with the divine.
