सुप्रिम बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्थाका कैयौं बचतकर्तामध्ये म पनी एक हुँ। सहकारीले बचत फिर्ता दिन नसकेपछि प्रहरीले उजुरी दिन भन्यो। र, इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय, बुटवलमा उजुरी दिएँ। मेरो उजुरी कोही व्यक्ति लक्षित थिएन, बचत फिर्ताका लागि मात्रै थियो। एक बचन नसोधी, सहमतिसमेत नलिई प्रहरीले मलाई नै मुख्य उजुरीकर्ता जसरी प्रस्तुत गरेर अनुसन्धान प्रतिवेदन बनाएछ। ‘नारायणबहादुर पहराई समेतको जाहेरीले बादी नेपाल सरकार’ भनेर रुपन्देही जिल्ला अदालतमा मुद्दा पनि चलाइयो। बचत फिर्ताको आग्रहबाहेक कुनै व्यक्तिविरुद्ध किटानी जाहेरी दिएको थिइन। तर, रवि लामिछानेविरुद्ध मैले नै किटानी जाहेरी दिएको जसरी प्रचार गरियो, गरिएकै छ। यो प्रचारमा सत्यता छैन। करोड/करोड बचत हुनेलाई छोडेर थोरै बचत रहेको मलाई जानकारी पनि नदिई प्रहरीले किन मुख्य उजुरीकर्ता बनायो, अझै बुझ्न सकेको छैन। मजस्तै अन्यले पनि बचत फिर्ता पाउने आशमा उजुरी गरेका थियौं। तर, यत्रो समय बित्यो, खै त? संसदीय विशेष छानबिन समितिले बचत फिर्ताका लागि के–के सिफारिस ग¥यो भनियो। तर, सरकारले ति सिफारिस कार्यान्वयनमा ध्यानै दिएको छैन। केही व्यक्ति पक्राउ गर्ने, थुन्ने र मुद्दा चलाउने बाहेक यसबीचमा सरकारले पीडितलाई न्याय दिने के काम ग¥यो? केही गरेको छैन। बरु, हामीजस्ता पीडितलाई देखाएर राजनीति पो गरियो कि!
म कोही व्यक्ति लक्षित थिइन, छैन। मेरो व्यक्ति लक्षित नगरिएको उजुरीलाई देखाएर र त्यसैको आधारमा मुद्दा दर्ता गराएर केहीले स्वार्थ पूरा गर्न खोजेका हुन् भने म अहिले पनि उजुरी/मुद्दा फिर्ता लिन राजी छु। हामीले बचत फिर्ता मागेका हौं, यसमा प्रतिवद्ध छौं। हामीले यसलाई समात, उसलाई थुन, त्यसलाई मुद्दा चलाउ भनेका छैनौं। विधि-प्रक्रिया, अड्डा-अदालत र सरकारले पीडितलाई न्याय दिन्छ कि भनेर लामाे समय चुप बसें। न्यायका नाममा पीडितलाई मात्र हाेइन अन्यलाई पनि निरन्तर अन्याय भएपछि बाेल्न बाध्य भएकाे हुँ। निर्दोष फसाएर दोषी उम्काउने र सहकारी पीडितको पैसा फिर्ता पाउनुपर्ने मुख्य सवाललाई विषयान्तर गर्ने दुष्कर्मविरुद्ध सबै पीडितले खबरदारी गराैं ।
