कांग्रेस–एमाले गठबन्धनप्रति दीपकुमार उपाध्यायको टिप्पणी : सत्ता स्वार्थ र आफू दण्डित हुनबाट बच्नेबाहेक अरू प्राथमिकता देखिएन
भारतका लागि पूर्वराजदूत दीपकुमार उपाध्यायले नेपालका विद्यमान पार्टीहले क्रेडिबिलिटी गुमाएको कारण देशका अवस्थापनि खस्किँदै गएको टिप्पणी गरेका छन् । उनले अहिले कांग्रेस र एमाले मिलेर सरकार बनाउँदापनि सुधार हुन नसकेको र नेताहरुले त्यतातर्फ ध्यान नदिएको आरोप लगाए । आज विहान नेपाली रेडियो नेटवर्कबाट प्रसारण भएको नेपाली बहस कार्यक्रममा पत्रकार ऋषि धमलासँगको कुराकानीमा उनले अहिले नेताहरु कोहीपनि चोखो नभएको गम्भीर आरोप लगाए ।

उनले भने,‘कांग्रेस र एमाले एउटा राष्ट्रिय प्राथमिकताका एजेण्डाहरुमा संशोधन गर्ने, सुधार गर्ने निश्चित एजेण्डासहित यो सरकार बन्नुपर्दछ भनेको, यसको पनि ठ्याक्कै कस्तो देखिनथाल्यो भन्दा, नेताहरु सबैलाई अब डिग्रीले नाप्ने कुरा भोलि गएर कुनै एउटा अत्यन्त उच्चस्तरको, राम्रा व्यक्तिहरु रहेको आयोग बन्यो, त्यसले स्क्रिनिङ गर्यो भने त त्यसले हेर्ला, होईन भने कोहीपनि चोखो देखिन छोडे हेर्नुहोस । सबैले खाली भाषण गर्ने तर काम नगर्ने देखियो । त्यो परिपाटीबाट देश, समाज र जनतापनि आक्रान्त भए ।’ उनले अहिलेको सरकार संख्याको हिसाबले बलियो रहेको भएपनि सधैंभरि धर्मराएको टिप्पणी गरे । नेपालमा अहिले कानूनको प्रयोगपनि आफूलाई अनुकुल हुँदा एउटा र प्रतिकुल हुँदा अर्कोगरि प्रयोग गरिएको उनको गुनासो छ ।

उनले भने,‘कानूनको प्रयोगपनि आफूलाई अनुकुल पर्यो भने ढाकछोप गर्ने, अनुकुल परेन भने त्यसलाई खोजेर, एक किसिमले देखिने किसिमबाट उसलाई दुःख दिने । जस्तो भन्नुहोस रवि लामिछानेकै बारेमा पनि, हिजो त प्रहरीका महानिरीक्षकले, महान्यायाधीवक्ताले, तत्कालिन प्रधानमन्त्रीले, भूतपूर्व प्रधानमन्त्रीले संसद्मा रोष्ट्रममा उभिएर यिनीको कमजोरी छैन् ।’ उनले नेपालको राजनीतिमा एक घण्टाअघि एउटा कुरा बोल्ने तर एक घण्टापछि अर्को घट्ना हुने गरेको भन्दै दुःख व्यक्त गरे । उनले बरु सर्कसको जोकरले गरेको अभिनयले केही मनोरञ्जन दिने भएपनि नेपालका नेताहरुको ‘यसो गर्छु, उसो गर्छु’ भनेर भाषण गर्दा नेपाली जनता सबै छक्क परेको टिप्पणी गरे ।

उनले कांग्रेस र एमालेले भ्रष्टाचार नियन्त्रणको लागि शक्तिशाली आयोग गठन गर्नुपर्ने बताए । तर, यो सरकार गठन भएको पाँच महिना बितिसक्दापनि त्यतातर्फ काम नथालेकोमा आफू निराश भएको उनको भनाई छ । उनले भने,‘बल्ल बल्ल दबाब परेपछि अहिले संविधान संशोधन भन्ने कुरा छलफलमा ल्याउँछौं भन्छन्, मुखले त भन्छन् तर गर्छन् त भन्नेमा शंका छ । उनीहरुको लागि आफ्नो सुरक्षा, सत्ताको स्वार्थ र आफू चाहीँ जसरी भएपनि हुन्छ, जे गरेर हुन्छ दण्डित हुनबाट बच्नेबाहेक अरुक कुरा प्राथमिकतामा देखिँदैन् । जुन कुरा राष्ट्रको लागि अत्यन्तै घातक छ ।’
