Alpine or snow landings are part of all our flights and glacier landings are included in all Milford Sound experiences. Our premier flights also include landing on a remote alpine peak to enjoy a delicious gourmet picnic and w**e. We pride ourselves on offering a professional and honest service and making you as comfortable as possible in our pristine 6-seater Squirrel helicopters. TENZING 🏔️

An experience we’ll never forget.

Winter 2025 saw our pilots head into the heart of Aoraki / Mt Cook alongside Southern Lakes Helicopters , supporting the incredible crew with aerial filming, gear transport and crew movements to help bring TENZING to life.

We couldn’t be more proud - or honoured - to have played a small part in this incredible film.

These photos are just a glimpse of the epic work that happened behind the scenes to capture the story.

This week has certainly been an eye-opener.

We are incredibly proud of our pilots and ground crew who stepped into action when it mattered most. These jobs are never planned, and we never know how long our crews will be out there or what conditions they may face.

The training, time, dedication and commitment it takes to do this work — often putting their own lives at risk to help others — is beyond words.

We are so thankful to see the Walter Peak Station fire now fully contained, with the historic buildings safe and no longer at risk.

We want to acknowledge and thank every member of the incredible crews, both on the ground and in the air, for their dedication, hard work and bravery throughout the week.

We are extremely fortunate to have such an amazing community that comes together when it matters most. ❤️

When high performance meets high altitude.

Another epic BMW Snow & Ice Experience in the books, with BMW performance taking on the ice and our helicopters taking the action to new heights — all against the spectacular backdrop of the Southern Alps.
