What a pleasure to welcome Roberta back for her second adventure with Ride to the Sky!
Originally from Brazil and now living in Australia, Roberta joined us last time for our Ride to the Lake tour. This time, she was ready to take on Ride to the Sky!
Seeing that huge smile on her face at the top is exactly why I created this experience.
I wanted to make a climb like this achievable for everyday people, regardless of their cycling experience. To give people the opportunity to reach places they might never have imagined they could, and experience that incredible feeling of accomplishment.
It's not just about reaching the top. It's about the journey, the confidence, the views and that smile that says it all.

What a stunning day in Queenstown ☀️🚴‍♂️ Cruising down Hansen Road onto the Tucker Beach Trail, with the beautiful Shotover River below and Coronet Peak standing proudly in the distance. It doesn't get much better than this. 🏔️💙

What an awesome week of riding 🚲⛰️☀️
Beautiful weather, incredible views, and most importantly, some truly awesome people. I’ve had the pleasure of riding with guests of all ages, from all over the world, sharing a few laughs, a little adventure, and some unforgettable Queenstown scenery along the way.
This is exactly why I love what I do. Every tour is different because every group brings their own story and energy. 🙌🌏

A couple from Mexico joined me for Ride to the Sky. He was an experienced mountain biker, but she was completely inexperienced and genuinely worried she wouldn’t make it to the top.
But she kept going, pushed herself, and she made it. 🙌⛰️
This is exactly why I got into guided eBike tours. There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching someone step outside their comfort zone, take on something they weren’t sure they could do, and then experience that feeling of achievement at the top.
That payoff is incredible, and seeing it never gets old. 🚵‍♀️❤️

Fast, rocky and full of ruts. This is where a quality eBike really comes alive.
The extra weight actually works in your favour, helping the bike hug the ground and stay planted through the rough stuff. Add the Kashima forks and Moustache rear shock on the Moustache GAME 8 and you have one seriously capable machine.
For experienced riders, a fast farm track descent like this is an absolute blast. 🚵‍♂️💨

Watching KJet blast underneath the Kawarau Falls Bridge, with that incredible blue water below and the Remarkables in the background.
One of those little Queenstown moments that never really gets old.
Just another reason we love showing people around our backyard. 🤙

Perfect timing for Renee and Simon from Brisbane 🇦🇺
They arrived in Queenstown last night to some pretty wild weather, but this morning turned on an absolute beauty for their Ride to the Lake.
With the weather packing in again this afternoon and even some possible snow on the way, they couldn’t have timed their ride better. Beautiful conditions, stunning scenery and a great morning out exploring Queenstown by eBike 🚲🏔️

Such a fun Ride to the Lake with this awesome family of five visiting from Sydney 🇦🇺
It was the kids’ first time riding eBikes, and they absolutely smashed it. Great riders, loads of laughs, beautiful Queenstown scenery, and a really fun day showing the whole family around.
Nothing better than seeing a family experience Queenstown together on two wheels. 🚲⛰️
