✅️ DTI, BIR, and LGU permits This small business of ours is duy registered under and regulated by DTI, BIR, and the LGU of Baguio. So far, we are a sole proprietorship managing one condo unit in the heart of Baguio, although we hope to manage more condos soon! There are

two ways to book with us: either book via AirBnb or message us here!

1) For bookings via AirBnb, please make a reservation at our link: airbnb.com/h/cedarpeak236

2) For bookings directly via this page, please confirm (ask) with us first the availability of our unit on the date/s you desire for your visit. Then, you will be required to pay the full amount of your stay at our bank account or Gcash to complete your reservation. In both cases, we require that all our guests send copies of their IDs for identity verification purposes. This is also for the purpose of tracking those coming in and out our Condominium building. Finally, please prepare a P1,000 security deposit fully refundable after your stay, provided no there are no damages or loss in the unit. Check in time is 2pm while check out time is 12nn. The host will personally meet you at the lobby to hand you the keys. Welcome to the City of Pines! Feel free to ask us anything about Baguio!
