This event is a *two-week* gastronomic showcase celebrating Malaysia’s rich and diverse culinary heritage.

This flavourful journey features an authentic Malaysian buffet curated by *Chef Ammar (Embassy of Malaysia)* and *Chef Edwin (Shangri-La)*, highlighting favourites such as *Rojak Pasembur, Nasi Minyak, Kerapu Asam Pedas, Mee Kari, and Ais Kacang*.
