✨Email me today at [email protected] and I'll help you every step of the way! Hello, My name is Jenny Pfuelb, and I am so happy you’ve found my page! I've lived on the coast and in the mountains of North Carolina, but currently reside in Greensboro, NC with my sweet husband and our two kitties, Hakuna and Matata. Ever since visiting Disney World with my family as a young girl, I've been enamored with the Disney magic. Disney is more than just a place; it’s a feeling as well. It’s a feeling of connection, wonder, and hope - the feeling that anything is possible. When you’re at Disney, you are making memories with your ohana, memories that will stay with you and continue to live on in your hearts for years to come. Before becoming a Disney Travel Agent, I worked with children from ages 3-10 for eight years as a special education teacher and more recently as the manager of a coffee shop that employs adults with developmental disabilities. I’ve had the unique opportunity to experience the Disney magic from the eyes of children & adults who may see the world a little differently. One of my favorite memories is watching a world of learning open for a previously nonverbal 3 year old who suddenly started singing “Let it Go” - what an inspiration! I enjoy working with all types of families and am also especially passionate about being helpful to those with disabilities. I am working on obtaining certification as an Autism Certified Travel Professional, and, in the meantime, I am happy to help you find and access the free disability services and accommodations you will need at Disney. I've heard countless stories from parents who have been nervous about bringing their family, but I can help you find exactly what you need to make your trip a success. Whether it is finding a place to wind down, identifying sensory input for each ride, navigating the Disney Handheld Device (audio description, assistive listening & more), or obtaining a visual schedule, I will ensure that you have everything you need to make your party’s Disney dreams a reality! As a Disney travel agent, my services are always 100% FREE, and I love individualizing and personalizing every trip to your unique needs and budget. My top priority is taking the stress and hassle out of planning and navigating Disney's systems so that you can focus solely on making lifelong memories with your loved ones. With this in mind, you can be as involved or hands off as you’d like in the excitement of planning your trip! I will always be available to you before your trip to ensure you are getting the best discounts and most up to date information. During your trip, I will just be a phone call or text away in order to answer any questions, give recommendations, or help in any way I can. By allowing me to be your Disney travel agent, you will be saying Hakuna Matata when thinking of your upcoming Disney adventure!

As a Certified Autism Travel Professional, parents ask me all the time if Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is a good idea for their neurodivergent kids.

My answer? YES, but with a strategy!

PROS:
✨ Lower Crowds: Because it’s a ticketed event, the park capacity is capped, meaning shorter lines and wider walkways.
✨ Cooler Temps: The party happens in the evening, which means skipping the intense midday heat that often triggers physical dysregulation.
✨ Low-Demand Fun: The trick-or-treat trails are a fantastic, predictable activity that requires zero waiting in a traditional line!

⚠️ The Strategy:
The parade and fireworks can be incredibly loud. If your child is a sensory avoider, I recommend bringing noise-canceling headphones or taking advantage of the walk-on ride times in Fantasyland while everyone else is watching the shows!

✈️ The Disney vacation doesn't start when you walk through the park gates.

For many neurodivergent travelers, getting to Disney can be a BIG part of the experience.

Airports. Security. Crowds. Waiting. Announcements. Boarding. The flight itself.

That's a lot of transitions before you've even seen a castle! 🏰

This week in Getting to Disney the Neurodivergent-Friendly Way, we're talking about flying and some simple ways to make travel day feel more predictable and manageable.

And here's an important reminder:
💜 You don't have to arrive at Disney ready to go.
After a travel day, your traveler may need:
😴 Rest
🥤 Hydration
🍽️ A familiar meal
🤫 Quiet
💜 Time to decompress

Sometimes the best first Disney experience is simply getting settled at the resort.

We're trying to make it work for all minds. ✨📌 Save this for your next Disney travel day!

🌲💧✨ BRAND NEW RESORT ALERT! ✨💧🌲
Have you heard the huge news? Walt Disney World is officially getting a brand-new hotel! Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge is set to open its doors on July 1, 2027.

General booking opens on October 8, and these rooms are going to go incredibly fast.

🧩 Why I am SO excited about this as a Certified Autism Travel Professional:
When I look for the perfect resort for sensory-sensitive families, I always prioritize atmosphere. Judging by the gorgeous, nature-rooted concept of this resort, Lakeshore Lodge is going to be a sensory haven!!

If you want to be one of the very first families to experience Disney's Lakeshore Lodge, we need to get your name on my priority list now so we are ready to hit the ground running on October 8!
