Trick or Treat! 🎃

As is tradition, we'll be seeing many of you soon as we descend upon some of Albuquerque's favorite general contracting and architecture firms!

Candy for everyone, and the best part? The scavenger hunt for this year's Halloween Lil' Sign!

One of our favorite annual traditions is getting out into the community, visiting our friends and industry partners, and spreading a little Halloween spirit along the way.

Keep your eyes peeled! You never know where this year's Lil' Sign might be hiding. 👻

Peralta Elementary School is a great example of the comprehensive signage packages we offer for large educational and commercial facilities! From architectural lettering and window vinyl to wall graphics, electronic message centers, and illuminated cabinet signs, we love bringing all the pieces together.

Can we take a moment to appreciate that custom sunflower privacy vinyl? Pretty cool, huh?

If you can dream it up, we can help bring it to life!

A little appreciation post for the real MVPs of the workweek: our coffee mugs.

These are only a few of the mugs you’ll see working hard around here all week long. Without them, we’re honestly not sure how much would get done.

They work all day keeping us energized and productive, then spend their evenings keeping the kitchen looking full of life.

Here’s to the mugs that keep Century running, one cup at a time.

A look back at Balloon Fiesta!

A big thank you to HB Construction for hosting members of our team and giving us the opportunity to experience one of the many incredible traditions our beautiful state has to offer.

At Century Sign Builders, we talk often about the importance of relationships, both in the work we do and the people we get to do it with. Opportunities like this are a great reminder that strong partnerships are built not only through projects, but through shared experiences as well.

We are grateful for the invitation, the hospitality, and the chance to enjoy such a special New Mexico tradition together.

🚨Monthly Product Spotlight!🚨

Welcome to our wall of architectural letters!

These samples show just a few of the many ways dimensional letters can be designed and fabricated, from front-lit and back-lit illuminated letters to non-illuminated styles with a variety of brushed alminum finishes.

Whether subtle, bold, sleek, or eye-catching, architectural letters offer so much opportunity to bring depth, texture, and personality to your signage.

Happy Friday! What better way to cap off the week than with some product design insight?

There are so many ways to design and construct a monument sign, and these MaxQ signs include two lettering styles that start from a similar place: the letter shapes are first cut out of the metal face.

From there, the details make all the difference.

The “MAX Q” is a push-through style lettering, where precision-cut acrylic letters are inserted through the routed openings and protrude outward from the face. This creates depth, dimension, and a bold illuminated effect.

The “” lettering uses a routed-out style. Instead of pushing a separate letterform forward, the letters remain as cut-away negative space, with a sheet of acrylic set behind, allowing the internal lighting to show through.

Both methods use routed letter shapes, but each creates a different look, depth, and lighting effect.

Pretty cool, huh?

What kind of place is this?

It is a place...

That when you walk in the door you feel a positive energy.
That provides the encouragement to be the best you can be.
That understands that what you learn on the journey is more important than arriving at a destination.
That celebrates creativity and order.
Where delivering world-class service and products is the standard.
Where the pride of a job well done and ownership shine daily.
Where those that work here treat themselves and others with respect and care.
Where all team members operate from a position of integrity and honesty.
Where our success is dependent on everyone's equal contribution.
That encourages mental, physical, and financial well-being.
Where those who work here believe that "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."

It's such an honor to have been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Albuquerque! None of this would be possible without the talented and kind group of people working hard behind the scenes to make Century Sign Builders the incredible place that it is.

We are over the moon with how our newly painted curved wall turned out. Getting to design our dream wall and collaborate with local muralist to bring it to life using traditional pounce patterns has been such a pleasure.

As we always say around here, Performance, Fun, and Relationship are key, and this collaboration checked all three boxes. We could not be happier with the final result!

Things have been heating up here at Century, with our building exterior renovation nearing completion and a summer booked solid with work. We may be growing a little weary of the heat, but never of each other!

In the middle of this busy season, we want to take a moment to pause and reflect. We feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such an amazing group of people, but we also recognize that a strong company culture does not happen by accident. It is something we have worked diligently to cultivate. Our culture encourages people to support one another, take pride in their work, and inspire greatness in each other.

This photo from our team retreat last November, alongside our company motto, is a reminder of what makes Century so special. Behind every project, deadline, and accomplishment is a team that genuinely enjoys working together and shares pride in what we do.

We’re grateful to work in the world of wayfinding and placemaking, and even more grateful for the people beside us as we do it.
