That’s a wrap on First Fridays for the 2026 event season. ❤️ These are a few pictures from Fire Friday we have to share but more important it are the heartfelt words that follow….

From our hearts, THANK YOU.

To every sponsor who generously invested in these events, helped us add experiences, provide prizes, support our community, and keep First Fridays growing, your support matters more than you know.

To our firefighters and first responders who gave their time to create immersive, educational, hands-on experiences for our youth and our community, while also being the very people willing to put their lives on the line for ours, you have our deepest respect and gratitude.

To everyone who brought a car and helped build one of the biggest attractions of First Friday, thank you. The cars are incredible, and so is the camaraderie, conversation, shared appreciation, and community that forms around them. We see it. We appreciate it. And you will absolutely continue to see that appreciation grow.

To the bands and performers who brought the energy to Broadway Square, thank you for turning each event into an experience. Your talent, presence, and passion created the atmosphere that made First Friday feel special, and we are incredibly grateful for the way you shared your gifts with our community.

To the inflatables, face painting, balloons, lemonade, cotton candy, dunk tanks, kids’ activities, giveaways, demonstrations and all the little extras that create memories for families, THANK YOU to every person and business behind them.

To our photographers, drone videographers, and local creatives who capture their own favorite moments and share the beauty, energy, and hometown pride of Ashland through their lens, thank you!

To every vendor who came out to promote a business, educate our community, offer an experience, provide giveaways, or simply add something special to the streets, thank you. We cannot wait to see those streets filled again in 2027.

To our food trucks and drink vendors, thank you for showing up, feeding us,, keeping us refreshed, and being willing to work alongside us through events of every size. Our community LOVES having you there.

To our downtown restaurants and businesses who opened their doors, created specials, donated gift cards and prizes, supported our first responders and military, fed volunteers and performers, and found ways to contribute, your partnership is priceless.

To our media partners and everyone who shared, promoted, invited friends, posted pictures and helped spread the word, thank you for helping us reach our community.

To our volunteers, so much of what you do happens behind the scenes, but First Friday could not happen without you. Thank you for showing up, jumping in, staying flexible and doing whatever needed to be done.

And finally, to our COMMUNITY. ❤️

You came downtown. You brought your families. You danced. You shopped. You ate. You admired the cars. You supported local businesses. You talked to your neighbors. You made memories.

THAT is what First Friday is about.

Thank you for an incredible 2026 season.

We’re already excited about what these streets can look like in 2027. ❤️
