“Dawn greets us over Mykonos. It’s a beautiful island. Again all whitewashed buildings. Small shrines are around every corner. The old town streets twist and turn. Easy to get lost but that is part of the fun. We had Gyros for lunch. The tables were a bit tight and we shared space with local motor-scooters that make local deliveries. The windmills are iconic. In their day the worked around the clock grinding grain into flower. I think this was my favorite port of call. But I loved it all. Athens tomorrow.”
