Pat Marsteller's work at Emory aims to transform undergraduate science education into an engaging, collaborative, and diverse enterprise by:

- Student Development: enriching the career development of students in the sciences through academic support, mentorship and research experiences,

- Educator Development: developing the teaching and mentoring skills of current and future faculty and K-1

2 teachers, and

- Curriculum Development: creating curriculum to engage diverse students in scientific inquiry.
